Background:Tadalafil (Cialis) is one of the most well-known and widely used PDE5 inhibitors in the world, and is the only PDE5 inhibitor approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) since the late 1990s. It is the first PDE5 inhibitor to be approved for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED), as a result of its effectiveness. However, there are several limitations of this drug.
The first limitation of this drug is that it is only available through a licensed pharmacy. In addition, this drug is also limited to the treatment of erectile dysfunction, as it is not available in the US. The use of this drug in men is limited to the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), which is the most common cause of ED in men. Since the use of this drug in both sexes is a major public health problem, the use of this drug in women is a problem.
Another limitation of this drug is that it may not be suitable for all patients. Patients may be at an increased risk of developing certain diseases or conditions. This drug is not recommended for people with certain medical problems or with serious health problems. It is also not recommended for people who are at an increased risk of certain diseases or have serious health problems, such as heart disease or diabetes. However, it is recommended for patients with other health problems including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes.
Another limitation of this drug is that it is only available to the patients who are suffering from erectile dysfunction and is not available in the US. This medicine is also not a suitable option for men who are using the drug because of the risk of sexual dysfunction. Furthermore, it is not recommended to use it in women, since it can cause birth defects in the male fetus, which is a problem.
This drug is also not approved for the treatment of hypertension. Therefore, it is not suitable for the treatment of ED, and the treatment of this disorder is not recommended for women. Furthermore, this drug is not effective in treating pulmonary hypertension in women.
Furthermore, this drug may be used in patients with coronary heart disease. This drug is not recommended for patients with heart disease, as it can lead to cardiac death and may have a risk of cardiovascular events. Moreover, this drug may be also used to treat pulmonary hypertension in patients with coronary heart disease.
Another limitation of this drug is that it is not recommended to use this drug in patients with severe renal impairment because this drug cannot be used in patients with renal impairment.
Another limitation of this drug is that it is not a PDE5 inhibitor. This drug has the potential to be a powerful PDE5 inhibitor. This drug is not recommended for patients with mild to moderate renal impairment because of the possibility of a risk of kidney toxicity.
This drug is not a PDE5 inhibitor. This drug is also not approved for the treatment of ED and there is an increased risk of sexual dysfunction in men. Therefore, it is not recommended to use this drug in patients with severe renal impairment.
This drug is also not approved for the treatment of pulmonary hypertension. There is also an increased risk of side effects in patients with mild to moderate renal impairment. Furthermore, this drug is not recommended for patients with severe renal impairment.
Finally, it is important to mention that this drug is not suitable for women. Women cannot use this drug because the potential risks to the female fetus outweigh the possible benefits of this drug. Furthermore, women cannot take this drug for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction.
There are many other studies that have been conducted on this drug. Some of them are published in the medical journal Drugs of the World in which they were investigated. The study of the effects of the drug on male sexual function was conducted in 2003. In this study, there were no significant differences in male sexual function scores between the patients treated with the drug and those who did not use it. Furthermore, there was no difference in sexual dysfunction scores between patients with and without erectile dysfunction.

Whether you can take Tadalafil at the same time as your other medications will depend on which medications you are taking.
You are required to complete a short medical consultation questionnaire that asks for any medications that you are prescribed from your GP and will indicate the medications that can’t be taken alongside Tadalafil.
There are several medicines which should not be taken concurrently with Tadalafil. Medicines which can have potentially serious interactions with Tadalafil include :-
• Any alpha-blocker medicines e.g. doxazosin (Cardura), alfuzosin (Xatral), tamsulosin, terazosin, or Flomax, that you can buy in the pharmacy. (These medicines may be used to treat prostate problems or high blood pressure).
• Isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, or use a GTN spray or tablets
for chest pain or use Rectogesic ointment?
• Nicorandil (Ikorel), used to treat angina
• Cimetidine, used to treat stomach or duodenal (peptic) ulcers
• Theophylline, used to treat asthma
• Antibiotics:- Clarithromycin, Erythromycin and Telithromycin
• Anti-fungals such as itraconazole and ketoconazole

If you are taking any prescribed medication from your GP then you can simply write those in the “Is there any other medical information that you think our doctor should know?” section on the medical questionnaire. Then, our doctor will know whether the Tadalafil is safe for you to take.
How to split a medical questionnaire:The medical questionnaire contains a list of the medicines that you need to take between UNMania® and your other medications and can be edited if you like the way it is broken.
If you are not sure whether any of the medications can or can not be split, following the explained process can be used to find out. This is called “walking backwards and forwards” and it has been posted on the Innerly Doctor blog.
